We love the dog bathing section at this Tractor Supply. They provide everything for the dog....soap, towels, conditioner, and even a blow dryer. My dogs love to go get clean and then smell around the store. The employees always give my babies some treats for being good babies.

So disappointed in this store and the manager here. I called yesterday and was told that they had a shipment coming in today and had the item I was looking for ordered and would probably be on the truck. I called at 8:00am right upon opening and was told the item had not been unloaded yet. I showed up at 9:30 and was waiting with another guy for them to unload. Several workers informed us that the items were in fact in the back room but the manager would not allow them to bring the items out. I hung around for about 30 minutes and finally left after being told they would not be unboxing those items today to check back Monday. I called at 3:00 today to check and see if they had decided to bring them out, and to my surprise they did. They brought them out around 12:00pm today and sold out immediately. I am super disappointed in the manager, the way he encourages his employees to lie, and the lack of customer service. I’ve driven to so many stores looking for this item for my children and to know that these were sitting in the back room but the manager decided to ask his employees to LIE TO CUSTOMERS instead of bringing out the items or asking us to wait a little longer is so incredib

This is my go to store to find items and planta, I need for my garden. Always check clearance , as you may find good deals ! This store has clothes for men and women, and again check the deals ! Love this store as it is near my house ! The employees are super helpful and This is the cheapest place to get my propane tank refilled !

When I buy a product it's very straightforward, but if you try to return anything they want your life story phone number, address, name. Tractor Supply should strive to be more like Home Depot or Lowe's were you simply let them scan the product and then scan your receipt and off you go. I normally keep this in mind when I want to purchase a product of how difficult it is to return something. Now I've been reminded to always go to Home Depot or Lowe's and not Tractor Supply

Greatly disappointed. I got off work late today at a little after 6 PM. I called Tractor Supply and asked them what time they closed and they told me 8 PM.I then asked if I could get propane up until then. The individual on the phone sort of sarcastically said “as long as we’re open, you can get propane.” I felt bad pulling up at 12 minutes until eight with my three empty propane tanks needed to provide heat overnight- But I had made it in time. Or so I thought. I got inside and the woman at the counter looked at me and simply said “you’ve got 10 minutes to get whatever you need.” I told her propane, at which time she nodded her head and said it wasn’t available. Believe me when I say I felt bad. I understand these employees want to get home just like everyone else. But if you’re open until 8 PM, you should be open until 8 PM and not have some arbitrary cut off of when you determine services will not be rendered. Shame on me for waiting, but shame on Tractor Supply for not being willing to help out a good customer. I looked all around, and I could not find on the door or the propane station any notation that propane was shut down before the store. So how am I supposed to know?
